Clay Hill Memorial Forest— owned and managed by Campbellsville University, the 300-acre + CHMF protects the headwaters of the Green in Taylor County and promotes research and environmental education.

 

Friends of Mammoth Cave NP— non-profit partner of Mammoth National Park.  Promotes the park and provides many opportunities for involvement.

 

Green River Bioreserve— The Green River Preserve (GRP) comprises 1,520 acres of land, and stretches across both banks of the Green River in Hart County, Kentucky. The mission of the WKU Green River Preserve is to foster knowledge and protection of this highly diverse region and our natural heritage through research, education, and conservation.

Green River Paddle Trail— official site of Green River Paddle trail with info on paddle trips, access points, trail map, etc.

 

Kentucky Waterways Alliance—   works to protect the water quality of the Green and promotes and advocates for clean water and healthy communities.

 

The Nature Conservancy— a Green River partner since 1999 working to protect the biodiversity of the River and its associated landscapes.
